The Pestana Angra Residence, is located in Angra dos Reis, the inlet of Ribeira, in a land of 13,500 sq metres over the sea to the west and confrontante with the Pestana Angra Hotel.

It has a beach and exclusive benefit of the entire infrastructure of the hotel, as the SPA L'Occitane, Fitness, restaurant, pool, Games Room and Library. Moreover, will have a Club House with restaurant and bar overlooking the sea that will support the beach. The venture will have 42 units with the available types suites (T1) and Junior Suites (T0) equipped with kitchen / bar, sauna, balconies covered by the size that serve as outdoor rooms, some with Jacuzzi.

The construction will take the image of Angra with its aesthetic "Caiçara" (indigenous Tribo that lived in the coastal areas south of Rio de Janeiro) with the use of wood decks and suspended.
