Five Year Purchase Plan

Terms normally include some or all of the following:

  • Keys handed over after 35% down payment
  • Payment plan tailored to your personal circumstances
  • 5 year payback or lease style options
  • No penalty for early redemption
  • Transfer before completion accepted (terms may apply)

Mortgage terms

Terms follow the following guidelines:

  • Loans available up to 85% LTV
  • Maximum term 50 years, up to 75 years old
  • monthly payments with three options
    1. capital and interest
    2. interest only for up to 5 years
    3. up to 35% capital deferment
  • Variable or fixed interest rate (5 year)
  • Margins up to 0.9% above base rate (lower for lower LTV)
  • Possibility to draw down for promessa and stage payments
